Presenters must submit an abstract. Deadline for abstract submission - January 6, 2026. 

Fees

The fees below may change without notice.

– Registration Fee - JPY 65,000

– Lodging and Meal Fee for 4 nights (Feb. 8th to 12th) - JPY 55,000*

Students are supposed to share a room.
*Discounted rates will apply for shorter stays (JPY 42,000 for 3 nights and JPY 28,000 for 2 nights).
